iShop Lowell 2010: Buy Now, Win Later!  Win an iPod Touch, a season pass to the Lowell Summer Music Series, or a new Apple iPad.   The City of Lowell, under the Division of Planning and Development - Office of Economic Development, is initiating a shopping sweepstakes to expose people to the attractive variety of offerings available in downtown and to encourage additional foot traffic and visitation to these retail and restaurant businesses. The sweepstakes will officially run from February 21, 2010 to May 7, 2010 and will be conducted in the following manner:

 Spend $25 at a downtown retail or restaurant business and enter to win in a weekly drawing.The sweepstakes will occur over an 8-week period from February 21 to April 16; grand prize drawing on May 7.  Weekly prizes are either an iPod Touch or a season pass to the Lowell Summer Music Series (the prize will alternate each week); grand prize is an iPad.  Ballot boxes and entry forms will be made available at downtown businesses for easy submission.  Additional information, as well as rules and regulations, available on www.lowell.org .
