Help Keep Lowell Alive, Unique, and Inspiring!   Lowell Cultural Council is Seeking New Board Members The Lowell Cultural Council administers the allocation of yearly grants for art-related events within the Lowell community. The grant funding is provided by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Send email inquiries about the position to LowellCulturalCouncil@gmail.com. You must be a Lowell resident. Nominations are also encouraged, include contact information.
