Have you been taking work home with you more often     than you like?

Are you working late more frequently?

Does it seem like your workload is controlling you?

Are you feeling stressed and exhausted at the end of the day?

If you answered yes to more than one question, you're like most business professionals. You're multi-tasking, yet you still may be struggling to make it work for you.
