Greater Lowell Workforce Investment Board Newsletter   December 2010 Issue 20 Greetings! The Board would like wish everyone happy holidays and happy New Year! We have a very busy year ahead of us, so stay tuned to our monthly newsletter or visit our website for upcoming news, events and initiatives. The Board held its quarterly meeting on December 15th at the Radisson Inn & Suites in Chelmsford. At the meeting, Russ Smith of Lowell Small Business Assistance Center and Bob Gilman of Enterprise Bank were recognized for their commitment and dedication to the Board and the Greater Lowell community over the years.
