3.                                          Winterfest Downtown Lowell Component – On the Look out for Lowla!

a.       12-5 p.m. Saturday, February 6^th

b.      This fun, family activity will have you searching for Lowla around downtown businesses and get your passport stamped, then pick up your prize at Lowell High School with a special guest between 4-5 p.m.

Step one: Pick up sheet at JFK Plaza

Step two: Go to the different businesses to get the sheet stamped

Step three: Go to LHS between 4-5 p.m. to get a prize from Lowla

c.       Other details – Encourage businesss to put out a taster, $.50 contribution from those “tasting”, Encourage businesses to put out

                                                      coupons to encourage future visits
