The Lowell Center City Committee, Inc. is a non-profit organization consisting of residents, business owners and other stakeholders who are working together on issues important to the downtown. It is our intent to use this blog to generate discussions and interest in the ideas to make downtown an even better place to live, work and play. We encourage comments and suggestions, new ideas and ways to make positive change continue in the downtown.
