City of Lowell Best Retail Practices Program Dear Readers, The City of Lowell is once again offering the Best Retail Practices Program and inviting all retailers, restaurateurs and store front businesses to participate!     Free workshop on updating your business and improving your marketing Free 1-on-1 consultation for qualified stores and restaurants Up to 2,500 in Matching grant to make recommended improvements       DATE:   Wednesday, February 24                             TIME:    8:00am   LOCATION:  MCC Morse Federal Building            50 East Merrimack St.     Lowell, MA 01852     Applications for the grants will only be distributed at the Workshop.
