Winterfest 2010 - Downtown
On the Look out for Lowla!
Saturday, February 6th from 12-5 p.m.
This fun, family activity will have you searching for Lowla around downtown businesses.
Pick up your “Lowla Passport” at
passport stamped, then pick up your prize at
between 4-5pm!
Event Details
From noon-4pm, families will be encouraged to:
1. Pick up their passport –
2. Get passport stamped- Go to area businesses
3. Finish (between 4-5pm) - go to
We'd like as many businesses as possible to participate in the 'stamping' portion of
the hunt!
All you need to do is:
- Stamp the passports – The DLBC WILL PROVIDE THE STAMPS!
Ways to turn this promotion into business…
- Put out a taster and charge a small fee to patrons. For example, a small appetizer for
$0.50 (perhaps a Great Plates preview?)
- Provide coupons to encourage future visits. For example. A 20% off coupon good
between February 7-28th.
