MONSTER BASH & HALLOWEEN STROLL! THIS THURSDAY, October 27th 5-8pm Downtown Lowell The City of Lowell, Cultural Organization of Lowell (COOL), and Kiwanis Club of Greater Lowell invite you and your favorite little ghouls to the annual Monster Bash & Halloween Stroll on Thursday, October 27 from 5-8pm in Downtown Lowell. Wear your most fabulous costume and bring a treat bag for a huge array of FREE family-friendly activities, including trick-or-treating at over 20 downtown businesses. Monster Bash & Halloween Stroll offers ghoulish fun for all ages, so make a night of it and kick off your Halloween season in downtown Lowell. Please, all children must be accompanied by an adult for all activities.
