The City of Lowell is just 7 days away from celebrating the Golden Age of Hollywood at the 3rd Annual Lowell Film Festival! This year we salute the cinematic treasures that soothed the nation during the economic turmoil of the Great Depression. These are the great classics of today featuring the legendary stars we've come to idolize. Come dressed for the Fest in your BEST 1930's garb -- suspenders, boas, and fancy fedoras encouraged!
