Anyone who has an artist's studio in Lowell may open his/her studio to the public provided he/she has registered with www.lowellopenstudios.org. Both the Arts League of Lowell and the Brush Art Gallery & Studios are offering temporary space to their members so that they may set up and sell artwork during Lowell Open Studios. The Brush is not charging for sales space, but you MUST register with the Lowell Open Studios organization. Lowell Open Studios is charging a $45 registration fee. For this your name and studio address will be listed in a special Artscope advertisement, a map, and your information and a sample picture of your artwork will be listed on www.lowellopenstudios.org. This exhibition is being held in collaboration with the Billerica Cat Care Coalition, an all volunteer, no-kill organization that advocates for homeless and feral cats. The Brush Art Gallery will be hosting a fundraiser in conjunction with the exhibition. All proceeds from the fundraiser and sale of artwork will be shared with the Billerica Cat Care Coalition.
